Essentially, once the service is booked and dates confirmed, this schedule is provided to your company with a password that all staff can access.
The system allows the participant to register a preferred time slot (10 minute blocks) and indicates only the remaining available times.
That is, once a booking is made, the time slot is no longer available (no double booking).
